The Dalles Molly Donnell has joined Windermere Glenn Taylor Real Estate as a broker in The Dalles, and will be assisting both buyers and sellers with real estate sales.
“Real estate is not unique, but I am!” Donnell said. “I am a fun-loving, organized person who enjoys helping people. I am not afraid to think outside the box and I love a good challenge.”
Her philosophy is to strive to be one of the best and have fun doing it.
Donnell worked as the assistant to the former owner of Windermere Real Estate in The Dalles for almost three years. Before that, she managed eye care clinics in the Seattle and Portland areas.
“Windermere is an amazing philanthropic company that gives back to local charities and communities each year,” Donnell said. “Here in The Dalles, I find that the agents are like family. They all have their own unique styles, yet their collective knowledge and expertise is what I find to be very supportive and inspiring.”
Now is a good time to buy, Donnell said, because interest rates are still low and the number of listings on the market is growing every day.
“However, a buyer should get pre-approved and be ready to go when starting the process,” she said. “I can provide you with guidance through the process, as well as a list of lenders to get you started. And if you are thinking about selling your home, now is also the time.”
She said the number of active and ready buyers is causing homes to sell quickly.
Donnell moved to The Dalles to be with her husband, Pete Donnell, more than five years ago. They were seeking a quality of life that would nurture a happy and healthy family.
Her husband is a native of The Dalles, Donnell enjoys having family near.
