Chance Graham

A fugitive watch has been issued for Chance Raymond Graham, 29. He is five feet, ten inches tall, weighs 130 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.

Graham was convicted of two counts of Sexual Abuse II, three counts of ID Theft, and one count of Aggravated ID Theft.
