July 24, 1:52 p.m. – Single-vehicle, non-injury accident at Columbia Gorge Community College. Driver began sneezing while driving down the hill and went off the road near the armory. Subject will handle damages civilly.

Extra patrol was requested at a location undisclosed by the department when a resident reported that following an attempted break-in Tuesday, a closed gate was found open Wednesday morning.
Shoplifting was reported Wednesday morning at Sawyers True Value. Report taken for theft in the third degree.
Two dogs, possibly pit bulls, were lodged at Home At Last after being reported loose in the 2600 block of East 10th Street Wednesday afternoon.
A lock was removed and a bicycle stolen sometime Wednesday at a location undisclosed by the department. Report taken.
Joshua James Henry, 37, no address, The Dalles, was arrested early Thursday morning and faces charges of possession of methamphetamine.
Wasco County
A black lab named “Emma” that went missing four years ago was dropped off at its former residence, location undisclosed by the department, by someone in a pickup with a loud muffler three weeks ago, its identity was confirmed by a microchip. It disappeared again July 21, and owner feared it was again stolen.
Regional Jail
Russell S. Winters, 50, Arlington, was arrested at his home on a Gilliam Circuit Court warrant and lodged at the regional jail Wednesday. He faces probation violations related to possession of methamphetamine.
Kasandra Lee Frank, 27, S.E. 17th Ave., Portland, was arrested on Interstate-84 in Gilliam County and lodged at the regional jail, where she faces charges of criminal possession of forgery instruments in the first degree, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and oxycodone.
Ben Frank, 28, 12 Celilo Village Rd., was arrested at his home Wednesday afternoon and faces charges of two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, two counts child neglect in the first degree, endangering the welfare of a minor, two counts recklessly endangering and one count of giving liquor to a minor or intoxicated person.
Lindsey R. Lick, 28, Third Street, The Dalles, was arrested and remanded to the regional jail for probation violations Wednesday afternoon.
Joe K. Henson, 36, 219 Beale Drive, Moses Lake, was arrested in Franklin County on a Wasco Circuit Court warrant and lodged at the regional jail Wednesday morning. He is charged with failure to appear on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
Eva M. Lafaive, 54, The Dalles, was arrested in King County on a Wasco County Circuit Court warrant and lodged at the regional jail Wednesday morning on charges of criminal possession of rented or leased property.
