September 8, 1:33 p.m. – Single vehicle versus parked vehicle, non-injury crash, 600 block of East 11th Street. A report was taken.
September 8, 4:23 p.m. – Two vehicle, injury crash, West 7th and Snipes streets. One driver was taken to the hospital with neck pain. The other driver was cited for careless driving. A report was taken.

A criminal mischief report was taken Thursday morning from the 300 block of East 11th Street after a caller reported there was graffiti on the church.
An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle report was taken Thursday morning from the 1700 block of East 11th Street after a victim reported his vehicle was prowled overnight.
A theft report was taken Thursday morning from the 1800 block of East 14th Street after a victim reported her vehicle was prowled overnight.
A found property report was taken Thursday morning from the 600 block of West 2nd Street after a bike was found. The bike was impounded.
John Michael Black, 61, The Dalles, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 3200 block of Bret Clodfelter Way and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and second-egree criminal trespass.
A criminal mischief report was taken Thursday evening from the 1100 block of Dry Hollow Road after a caller reported a set of doors to the church were damaged.
A burglary report was taken early Friday morning from the 700 block of Federal Street after a victim reported his home was broke into.
Wasco County
A marine deputy responded to an area of the Columbia River near Celilo Park Thursday morning on a report of a capsized boat. The occupants were found safely and the boat was taken to shore by fellow boaters. A report was taken.
A burglary report was taken Thursday morning from the 3700 block of Five Mile Road.
A theft report was taken Thursday afternoon from Mosier after a victim reported his cell phone was stolen.
Deputy responded to Tygh Valley Thursday evening after a caller reported a vehicle was off the road and there was no one near the crash. The vehicle was located on its top unoccupied. The driver was later located and cited for hit and run and careless driving. A report was taken.
Gilliam County
Nicholas Ray McCabe, 32, Portland, was arrested Thursday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 144 and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Kyle Robert Louis Parrish, 25, Damascus, was also arrested and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and parole violation.
Regional Jail
Mark Dylan Radmacher, 46, Portland, was jailed Thursday on a court commitment for three counts of identity theft.
Parole & Probation
Steven Joseph Sprague, 45, The Dalles, was arrested Thursday afternoon at the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
