The Dalles City

A hit and run report was taken Tuesday morning from the 2100 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported her vehicle was struck overnight.

A lost property report was taken Tuesday morning from the 1400 block of East 12th Street after a subject lost some prescription medication.

Martin Troy Casey, 48, 616 Washington St. No. 19, was arrested Tuesday afternoon at West 7th and Snipes streets on a circuit court warrant for two counts of probation violation.

Police responded to the middle school Tuesday afternoon after administrative staff found drugs in a student’s locker. A report was taken.

Lorena Viveros Cruz, 21, 519 West 17th St., was arrested Tuesday afternoon in her home and is accused of probation violation and two counts of aggravated harassment.

Police responded to the 500 block of Cherry Heights Road Tuesday evening after an unoccupied vehicle was found high centered on an embankment. The vehicle was removed by a tow truck and the driver was tracked down. He was cited for careless driving; a report was taken.

Sammi Jolene Wilde, 40, 1013 Pomona St. Unit D, was arrested early Wednesday morning at West 8th and Floral streets on a circuit court warrant for two counts of parole violation.

A theft report was taken early Wednesday morning from the 900 block of East 18th Street after a father reported his son’s bicycle was stolen.

Wasco County

Deputy responded to Wolf Run Road Tuesday afternoon after a caller reported spotting a dump site off the side of the road. Deputy checked the area but was unable to find the dump site.

Oregon State Police

A male driver was cited and released for driving uninsured during a traffic stop Tuesday morning on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 95. The vehicle was impounded.

William Wayne Girton, 65, Post Falls, Idaho, was arrested Tuesday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 80 on a California warrant for being a fugitive from the state.

Regional Jail

Theodore Justus Frank, 54, no listed address, was booked and released Tuesday on a circuit court commitment for driving while suspended.

Parole & Probation

Carlos Michael Holeman, 28, 706 West 8th St., was arrested Tuesday morning in the 3000 block of Threemile Road and is accused of probation violation.

Harry Max Bullock III, 41, 2830 West 7th St. No. 41, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 2600 block of West 6th Street and is accused of probation violation.
