February 7, 6:07 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, 300 block of Cherry Heights Road. Driver drove up onto the curb and almost went into the building. A report was taken.
February 8, 10:29 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 1200 block of West 6th Street. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.
Wasco County
February 7, 1:03 a.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 82. A report was taken.
Fire
Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue
February 6, 7:48 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 6500 block of Reservoir Road on a report of a burn complaint. Contact was made with the property owner who was burning household garbage. He was advised he was not allowed to burn household garbage or burn after dark and complied in extinguishing the pile.
February 7, 9:11 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 2400 block of East 10th Street on a report of a burn complaint. A smoldering pile was located in a back yard and contact was made with the property owner. The burn regulations were explained to the property owner who extinguished the pile.
February 8, 12:08 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 2400 block of East 10th Street on a report of a burn complaint. A smoking pile with some remains of garbage in it was found at the same locations units responded to the previous evening. No one was in attendance of the fire and the fire was extinguished by the crew.
Personnel also responded to 12 calls for emergency medical services on Friday, four on Saturday, 10 on Sunday and nine on Monday.

A harassment report was taken Friday morning from the 800 block of East 13th Street after a caller reported she was receiving threats via social media from a suspect in Beaverton. The incident is under investigation.
An identity theft report was taken Friday morning from the 1200 block of West 6th Street.
A criminal mischief report was taken Friday afternoon from the 1200 block of East 9th Street after a victim reported her vehicle was egged overnight.
A theft report was taken Friday afternoon after a caller reported his father’s debit card was stolen and being used. The incident is under investigation.
A hit and run report was taken Friday evening from the 700 block of Lincoln Street.
A death investigation report was taken Friday evening from the 2500 block of West 2nd Street.
A stolen vehicle report was taken Friday evening from the 2400 block of East 12th Street.
Kenneth Scott Nyberg, 50, The Dalles, was arrested early Saturday morning in the 200 block of East 2nd Street and is accused of probation violation.
Gary Anthony Pilcher, 35, The Dalles, was arrested Saturday afternoon in the 2800 block of West 7th Street and is accused of probation violation and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
Justin Vidal Gonzalez, 23, Pasco, Wash., was arrested early Sunday morning during a traffic stop and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants, recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving.
A theft report was taken Sunday morning from the 400 block of Mt. Hood Street after an employee reported some merchandise was stolen from the store earlier in the week.
A runaway report was taken Sunday afternoon from the 1200 block of West 10th Street. The mother called back later in the day and advised her daughter returned home.
An assault report was taken Sunday afternoon from the 600 block of West 2nd Street after a victim reported he was assaulted by two juvenile subjects.
Yvette Marie Black, 45, Dallesport, Wash., was arrested Sunday evening in the 700 block of Union Street and is accused of probation violation.
Michael David Shinnick, 45, The Dalles, was arrested Sunday evening in the 700 block of West 6th Street and is accused of parole violation. Davin Siaosi Iaulualo, 21, Waipahu, Hawaii, was arrested early Monday morning in the 200 block of East 3rd Street and is accused of second-degree criminal mischief.
William Blake Tanner, 26, The Dalles, was arrested early Monday morning at West 9th and Trevitt streets and is accused of menacing.
A burglary report was taken Monday morning from the 300 block of West 6th Street.
Garet Lee Nunnery, 19, Dallesport, was arrested Monday afternoon near West 8th and Honey Do streets and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, and five counts of felon in possession of a weapon.
A runaway report was taken Monday afternoon from the 1200 block of Jefferson Street.
Jon Delonne Strickland, 27, The Dalles, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 2800 block of West 2nd Street and is accused of three counts of probation violation.

JD Ewing, 25, Wamic, was arrested Friday afternoon in Wamic and is accused of probation violation.
Scott Erlin Henderson, 31, Tygh Valley, was arrested Monday evening in Tygh Valley and is accused of first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, three counts of first-degree theft, two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and three counts of felon in possession of a weapon.

Brina Kaye White, 37, Maupin, was arrested Friday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 70 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Jacob Steven Baldwin, 27, The Dalles, was arrested Sunday afternoon during a traffic stop on Highway 30 near Discovery Drive and is accused of driving while suspended.
An agency assist report was taken Monday morning from the 4100 block of Chenowith Road after assisting the sheriff’s office with a sexual assault investigation.
Rodney Dale Blanton, 39, Portland, was arrested early Tuesday morning in Biggs Junction and is accused of first-degree robbery, fourth-degree assault, second-degree burglary, criminal trespass while in possession of a firearm, and two counts of menacing.

Jenica Mae Mason, 20, Rufus, was arrested Monday evening in Rufus and is accused of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Gilliam County
Mark David Borghese, 50, Arlington, was arrested Friday afternoon in Arlington and is accused of probation violation and second-degree theft by possession of stolen property.
Lorie Jean Morrison, 46, Pendleton, was arrested Friday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84, milepost 132 and is accused of reckless driving.
Regional Jail
Meghan Leanne Zieres, 27, White Salmon, Wash., was jailed Monday on a court commitment for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Christopher Daniel Williams, 34, Wishram, was transported and jailed Monday after being arrested on a local warrant for two counts of prob-
