An agency assist report was taken Thursday morning from the 2700 block of East 2nd Street after assisting state police with a crash investigation.
Devlin Daniel Slone, 37, The Dalles, was arrested Thursday evening and is accused of fourth-degree domestic assault and strangulation.
Kenneth Scott Nyberg, 50, The Dalles, was arrested early Friday morning near West 6th and Hostetler streets and is accused of probation violation. Michael David Shinnick, 45, The Dalles, was also arrested and is accused of probation violation.
Amie Ruth Taylor, 40, The Dalles, was arrested early Friday morning on East 2nd Street near the boat basin overpass and is accused of parole violation, providing false information to a police officers, and unlawful possession of meth.
Wasco County
Barbara Jean Major, 42, The Dalles, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 3800 block of West 10th Street and is accused of first-degree criminal mistreatment.
Michael Gregory Jorgensen Walters, 22, The Dalles, was arrested Thursday evening at West 6th and Cherry Heights streets and is accused of probation violation.
Oregon State Police
A male driver was cited and released for driving uninsured and driving while suspended during a traffic stop Thursday evening on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 78. The vehicle was impounded.
Luis A. Tellez, 22, Fountain Green, Utah, was arrested Thursday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 88 and is accused of unlawful possession of heroin. Daniel Y. Tellez, 26, Fountain Green, Utah, was also arrested and is accused of unlawful possession heroin.
