SEATTLE (AP) — The National Weather Service says Arctic air blowing into the Northwest on gusty winds Tuesday will drop temperatures below freezing in many locations.

That sets up a chance of snow Wednesday and Thursday as a moist weather system moves into the region from the southwest.
