PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — An Aloha, Oregon, man accused of conning prospective McMinnville apartment renters out of $10,000 in cash has been arrested.

The Oregonian reports (http://is.gd/DtozaV ) 54-year-old Jerry D. Rosenstiel was arrested Tuesday after he failed to appear for an arraignment in Yamhill County Circuit Court.
