To the editor: I live on Thompson St. We moved to Thompson St. because of the rural feeling, nice people and less traffic. My neighbors have been hounded for years by the city. To pay for the new sewer, water lines, repaving and putting 19th St. through, my own cost for this would be $10,000 and the city would charge 5 percent if not paid in full.

To the editor: To the lady who was accusing the schools of being “lazy”: Many of the people working at the schools and other businesses can certainly sympathize with your inconvenience at not having a place for your child before you go to work - many of them are in the same boat.
