District Attorney Francis V. Galloway was called on the witness stand in the circuit court room this morning by Barnett Goldstein, attorney for the defense, in an effort to find out what, if any attempt had been made by Wasco county authorities to apprehend Charlie Foote in connection with the robbery of the Mosier Valley bank last November.
