THE DALLES — Community service providers, county agencies and local supporters are working with Mid-Columbia Community Action Council (MCCAC) to site and develop a “navigation center” in The Dalles, according to a press release. MCCAC is the Community Action Agency serving Hood River, Wasco and Sherman Counties.
