Urban renewal faces new crisis

The Columbia Gateway Urban Renewal Agency’s narrow vote to move ahead with negotiations on an agreement for development of a national brand hotel at First and Union streets will be revisited Tuesday, Feb. 20, due to a technicality. The body of appointed and elected officials meets at 5:30 p.m. in city hall, 313 Court Street.
