Free news: The Emergency Conflagration Act was invoked Wednesday afternoon for the fast-moving Grasshopper Fire in Wasco County. The Oregon State Fire Marshal is mobilizing an incident management team and assigning task forces to protect nearby communities and critical infrastructure.
