(The Center Square) – Five men were indicted in New York for their alleged role in an international assassination plot involving leaders of the Russian Federation intelligence service (RIS), the U.S. Department of Justice said.

A Payette County grand jury has indicted former Payette resident Andrea Shaw, 23, on two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of her 18-month-old twins. Shaw was arrested June 30 in Boise without incident and is awaiting extradition to Payette County, where she will be arraigned.
