To the editor: I would like to pass along information in regard to the "community-led networking event for candidates and voters" happening on the evening of May 9 at Route 30. It seems that the date selected may have been chosen knowingly on a day that the incumbents at Columbia Gorge Community College could not attend.
To the editor: It’s time for a change on the Columbia Gorge Community College Board. I commend the incumbents for their service and commitment to CGCC, but it’s time for new perspectives.
To the editor: I encourage all voters of Wasco County to cast their ballot this spring. When doing so, I urge you to vote for Kevin McCabe, Sarah Segal, Dana Campbell and Kim Morgan for the Columbia Gorge Community College Board of Education.

To the editor: [The Dalles Mayoral Candidate Susan] Harris doesn’t need a list, everyone is just sick of the dictator! The Quackenbush Gang, wow the list is impressive… the way you push this list on social media gives the impression everyone else should be intimidated and shamed for not being on it. Seriously?
