PENDLETON, Ore. (AP) — A coalition of health and environmental groups is asking Oregon officials to investigate construction of a mega-dairy in Morrow County.

WARRENTON — Oregon LNG confirmed last week that a $6 billion terminal and pipeline project on the Skipanon Peninsula was scrapped because Leucadia National Corp., the New York-based holding company that financed the project, decided to cease funding.
