Gov. Kate Brown ordered all flags at Oregon public institutions to be flown at half-staff on Aug. 2 in honor of the Cal-Ore Life Flight patient and crew members who lost their lives while on a transport mission in Humboldt County, Calif., on Friday, July 29.
