La Grande drops TD boys' soccer team, 4-1

The Dalles boys’ soccer team scored at the 15-minute mark, but the La Grande Tigers tallied four consecutive goals to secure a 4-1 victory Thursday in The Dalles. The Dalles girls’ soccer team had seven shots on goal and goalkeeper Addie Klindt made four saves, as La Grande broke open a 1-0 halftime lead with two second-half goals to secure a 3-0 win.

Giselle Manzo scored five goals and Emma Weir added two, as The Dalles girls’ soccer team jumped out to a 5-0 halftime lead and cruised to a 9-0 victory over Redmond Tuesday in varsity action at Redmond High School.
