Sherman High student named ‘Good Citizen’

SHERMAN CO. — Bailey Coelsch, a senior at Sherman County High School, was honored by the Celilo Chapter of the Oregon State Society, Daughters of the American Revolution, as the Chapter’s Good Citizen for the 2024-2025 school year at their meeting March 19 in The Dalles. She received scholarship awards for her win at the chapter level and the district level.

HOOD RIVER — Join the Gorge Chapter Ducks Unlimited for the 38th annual fundraising banquet, held at the Best Western Plus Hood River Inn Feb. 22.   "This charitable event raises money for wetlands conservation and restoration and is a great time for folks to get together for a fun-filled evening," said a Ducks Unlimited press release.
