Wesley D. Ervin, 61, suddenly and unexpectedly passed away Friday evening, March 16, 2018.
Wes was born May 27, 1956, in Hood River, Ore. He was a man of many talents and fixer of all things. He had a never-ending smile as well as an undeniably fabulous and infectious laugh. Unabashed, with wit unmatched, Wes was truly one of a kind. He also had a heart of gold, helping anyone and everyone that asked or needed. He was a man of the Lord and member of the Pentecostal Church.
Surviving are his beloved wife Linda, his children Cristy and Trevor, Sandy and David, Carmen and Tom, Stephen and Carol, and Tyson and Jennifer, grandchildren Adelynn, Mason, Maxwell, Rowan, Sophie, Echo, Brody, Oliver, Elijah, and Asher, his parents Buzz and Wilma, his brothers Bub and Gary, and his sister Lisa.
A memorial service for Wes will be held Saturday, April 14 at 11 a.m. at Truth Tabernacle, Tucker Road in Hood River.
In lieu of flowers honoring Wes, please make a memorial donation in Wesley D. Ervin’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association (act.alz.org), the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (diaabetesfoundation.jdrf.com), or Cascade Locks Community Church, PO Box 395, Cascade Locks, OR 97014 (541-374-8999).
