LaVern Hazel Treichel passed away on July 3, 2019, at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, Ore. She was born July 1, 1934, and was 86 years of age at the time of her passing. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 3 at the Parkdale Community Church, 4910 Baseline Drive, Parkdale, Ore. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the PHRM Hospital Scholarship fund.
