Savanna Kay Holloway passed away tragically in an automobile accident on Oct. 16, 2012, in Hood River, Ore. Savanna was born March 20, 1994, in Clear Lake, Calif., to Scott Alan Holloway and Sheri Diane Parton. She lived in California, Washington and Oregon and graduated from Hood River Valley High School this last year; class of 2012.
Savanna was very active in the FFA and loved animals; she enjoyed bowling and was on a number of leagues over the years and a member of the Hood River Alliance Church. She was currently attending Columbia Gorge Community College and volunteered wherever needed.
She had a special way with animals and with children; she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Savanna is survived by her parents; her brother, Shane, of Texas; grandparents Dexter and Kay Parton and Linda Holloway; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as the host of friends she has collected.
Services were held Saturday, Oct. 20, at the Hood River Alliance Church, followed by graveside rites at Pine Grove Butte Cemetery.
