Roger Leonidus Clevenger passed away at home in Oregon City on the morning of April 25, 2016. He spent his whole life dedicated to helping and serving others as a minister, family counselor, and real estate broker.
From 1956 through 1967, Roger was minister of the Bethel Congregational United Church of Christ in White Salmon. White Salmon and the friendships made during that time always had a special place in his heart.
He was preceded in death by his eldest son Roger Lee Clevenger.
He is survived by Doris, his loving wife of 63 years; son Alan and his partner Donna; grandson Roger; and grandson Brandon and his wife Becky.
A celebration of Roger’s life will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 28, 2016, at the First Unitarian Church of Portland Eliot Center located at 1011 SW 12th Ave., Portland, Ore.
