Funeral homes often submit obituaries as a service to the families they are assisting. However, we will be happy to accept obituaries from family members pending proper verification of the death.
Raymond Arthur Snodgrass, 86 passed away Jan. 16, 2018, in West Linn, Ore. He was born in Prosser, Wash., on Feb. 18, 1931.
Ray can best be described as a farmer through and through. He grew up in the wheat fields of the Horse Heaven Hills and moved his family to Parkdale, Ore., where he grew apples and pears. Ray loved to farm and you could tell by the smile on his face. To anyone that ran across Ray your impression was one of the nicest individuals you have ever met.
He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather and friend.
He joins his wife, Mary Snodgrass, and sons Steve and Mike Snodgrass in Heaven. Ray is survived by his son Ron Snodgrass and daughter Susanne Wright.
