Tina Miller passed away Nov. 17, 2025, at home in Hood River, Oregon. Tina was born Feb. 21, 1955, and was 70 years of age at the time of passing.
Tina worked as an early child educator, first for Mid-Columbia, then for Migrant Head Start in Odell in the 1980s to early 2005, until she was hit Parkinson’s and forced to retire.
She is survived by her husband, James, and three boys, the oldest being son Heith; then Nicholas and wife Brenda, and grandchildren Michael, Brayden, Acacia; and third son Andy and wife Ikuyo, and grandchildren Takeru and Mei. She is also survived by brother Farley Flinn from Oregon City, Oregon.
