Robert (Bob) Spratt, age 67, of Gatesville, Texas, passed away on Jan. 25, 2025. Memorial services will be held at Fir Mountain Road, Hood River, Oregon, at a later date.
Bob was born on Jan. 14, 1958, to the late Mamie Lou and Joseph Spratt. Bob was raised in Oregon, where he graduated from Hood River Valley High School. Bob joined the Army in 1975 and retired after serving 20 years. On July 12, 1976, Bob married Teresa Krieger and together they raised two children. After retiring from the military, Bob served as a park ranger for a number of years before coming home to Gatesville, where he worked for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). Bob enjoyed woodworking and he loved working with computers.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Daniel Spratt and Gene Spratt. He is survived by his wife, Teresa Spratt; son, Patrick Spratt; daughter, Gina Marie Spratt; sister, Kathy Lou; and brothers David Spratt and Joseph Spratt.Â
