Patricia A. Minor, age 90, a resident of The Dalles, Ore., passed away at home Dec. 31, 2020. She is survived by her husband, Richard A. Minor, son, Allan V. Minor of The Dalles and daughter Linda A. (John) Ripplinger of The Dalles. A private family gathering will be held at a later date. Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home is in care of arrangements.
