Funeral homes often submit obituaries as a service to the families they are assisting. However, we will be happy to accept obituaries from family members pending proper verification of the death.
Keith Keller, 80, of Happy Valley, Oregon, passed away on Jan. 17, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Keith was born on Oct. 2, 1945, in Beulah, North Dakota, and grew up in Sweet Home, Oregon.
Keith and his beloved wife, Cherri, made their home in The Dalles, Oregon, where they lived for 45 years, raised their three children, and built a life deeply rooted in family and community. During that time, Keith managed the grain elevator in Roosevelt, Washington, work he took great pride in.
Keith was a devoted husband, father, and friend. Those who knew him remember his steady character, warm heart, and the quiet strength he showed throughout his life.
In his free time, Keith enjoyed playing golf, a pastime that brought him both relaxation and camaraderie with friends and family. In his later years, Keith resided in Vancouver, Washington, and Happy Valley, where he continued to enjoy time with loved ones. Even during his illness, he faced each day with resilience and grace.
Keith is survived by his wife, Cherri Keller; his children, Tracy, Cindy, and Jason; five grandchildren; and many family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
