Anne Bialous (Vogt), 83, of Duvall, Washington, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026, in Kirkland, Washington. Born to Paul and Lucetta (Alden) Vogt in Fort Lewis, Washington, on May 6, 1942, Anne was the youngest of two children. She grew up and graduated high school in The Dalles, Oregon.
Anne was a Kappa Kappa Gamma at Oregon State University, where she completed her BA in geography. Anne met Paul Bialous in Coos Bay, Oregon, where she was teaching. They were married in The Dalles on June 11, 1967, and spent the next 13 years growing and raising their family while moving between Oregon, Connecticut and Georgia.
In 1979, they headed back to the Pacific Northwest, settling in Port Angeles, Washington, from 1979-1992. In 1992, they moved to Bainbridge Island, Washington, for 8 years before heading to The Dalles to be with Anne’s parents.
Anne was a stay-at-home mom, dedicated to loving and taking care of her children. In 2019, Anne moved to Duvall to be closer to her children and grandchildren. She loved attending her grandchildren’s activities and cheering them on. Anne has always been an avid bridge player, golfer and member of PEO. During COVID, she learned how to play bridge online which enabled her to make new friends and play even more!
Anne is survived by daughter Debbie Bialous and her children Cindy and Raven of Forks, Washington; son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Susan Bialous and their sons, Adam and William, of Seattle, Washington; and daughter and son-in-law, Laura and JR Motson and their children, Joshua, Gabriel and Mackenzie, of Dripping Springs, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, husband, infant daughter Sara, and grandson Jesse.
She will have a graveside service at St Peter's Catholic Cemetary Wednesday, March 18 at 11:00 AM.
