Funeral homes often submit obituaries as a service to the families they are assisting. However, we will be happy to accept obituaries from family members pending proper verification of the death.
Keith Dunn was born July 24, 1960, to Lois and Alvin Dunn. He passed away on April 18, 2018, in Coos Bay, Ore. Keith had lived in Hood River up until two years ago. He attended local schools in the special education programs.
He is survived by three sisters, Sue Parsons, Kay Ontiveros, and Teresa Seal and her husband Vern, three brothers, Richard, Dean and wife Linda, and Randy and wife Joanne, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, one sister and four brothers.
Keith loved camping, fishing, listening to music and dancing to it. Most of all, he loved dressing up in costumes. Halloween was his favorite holiday.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Star of Hope in Coos Bay (1415 Compass Circle, Coos Bay, OR, 97420).
Services for Keith are planned for Thursday, April 26, with a viewing from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Anderson’s Tribute Center, 1401 Belmont Ave, Hood River. A celebration of life will be at 2 p.m. at Anderson’s Tribute Center. Graveside services will be held at Pine Grove Butte Cemetery, 2687 Van Horn Drive, Hood River, at 3:30 p.m.
Arrangements are under the direction of Anderson’s Tribute Center.
