Robert “Bob” Guerrant passed away on Jan. 14, 2019, at Oregon Veteran’s Home in The Dalles, Ore. Bob was born on Nov. 1, 1949, and was 69 years of age at the time of his passing. Arthur Dixon passed away on Jan. 15, 2019, at his home in The Dalles, Ore. Arthur was born on May 18, 1952, and was 66 years of age at the time of his passing.
