Dr. William Douglas “Doug” Penny, 91, passed away at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital surrounded by family on June 27, 2014. Doug was born Jan. 19, 1923.
Military honors will be performed at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland at 3 p.m. Aug. 29.
