Daniel Hamada
Daniel Paul Hamada, of Beaverton, Ore., passed away July 15, 2014, in Beaverton. He was born June 1, 1966, in New York, N.Y.
He is survived by his parents, Paul (and Cathy) Hamada and Susan Addy.
