Ruth Arbuckle passed away on June 29, 2019, at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, Ore. Ruth was born on Nov. 30, 1928, and was 90 years of age at the time of her passing. I met dear Ruth about 3 years ago. A very soft spoken woman, mannerly, extremely kind and loving to all. Most days she had a sweet smile on her face....very rare not to find one there. She was really, really wonderful. One thing that I do know for sure is that she loved the Lord. I already miss Ruth very much. See you soon!!!
