Francis Louis “Frank” Menard passed away on Jan. 18, 2021, at Portland Providence Medical Center in Portland, Ore. Frank was born on Dec. 31, 1929, and was 91 years of age at the time of his passing. Frank Menard, Grandpa Frank or The Old Man- as I have fondly referred to him for years- will be remembered for his contagious laugh. He had a knack for some comical cane work too, always challenging anyone with a cane to a race. We love you Frank. Rest in Peace.
