Danny Wayne VanDeHey passed away on June 16, 2018.
Danny was born and raised in Hillsboro, Ore. He married Roberta Buxton in 1973. Danny and Roberta raised their three children in the Hillsboro area before moving to Husum in 2002 where he started a metal manufacturing company, Columbia River Manufacturing.
Danny very much enjoyed living in Husum surrounded by his children, their families and all the wonderful friends he met there over the last 16 years. Danny will be remembered for his kind, generous heart and his wonderful sense of humor.
Danny is survived by his wife Roberta; parents Reta and Wayne; children Ian (Katie), Jenessa (Shawn) and Benjamin; sisters Gloria and Carol; and brother Kelly. Danny was also the proud grandfather of Una and Oliver Simmons and Elias and Saul VanDeHey.
