Hood River Elks Lodge 1507 Students of the Month for February are Dakota Maichel and Inga Hennessy. Both are seniors at HRVHS. Students are selected based on their community service, academic achievement, and extracurricular activities. They receive a cash award and are eligible for a larger cash award in the final selection in the spring.
