WASHINGTON — The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is reminding eligible small businesses and private nonprofit (PNP) organizations in Oregon of the May 22 deadline to apply for low interest federal disaster loans to offset economic losses caused by drought beginning July 29, 2025.

The disaster declaration covers the Oregon counties of Clackamas, Gilliam, Hood River, Jefferson, Marion, Multnomah, Sherman, Wasco and Wheeler as well as the Washington counties of Klickitat and Skamania.
