March 20, 4:01 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 1200 block of West 6th Street. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.
March 21, 7:35 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 2200 block of East 12th Street. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.
March 23, 10:43 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 1000 block of West 6th Street. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.
March 23, 12:36 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, 1700 block of West 6th Street. Driver had pushed the gas pedal propelling him forward and high centering on a rock in front of the parking space. Officer assisted with the exchange of information with the restaurant and the driver.
Wasco County
March 21, 7:50 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 100 block of West 9th Street. Vehicle had struck a parked vehicle in the area. Driver was cited for no operator’s license. A report was taken.

March 23, 6:18 p.m. – Vehicle versus deer, non-injury crash, Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 140. Driver struck a deer while heading east, the driver also made their own arrangements to have the vehicle towed.

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue
March 20, 9:18 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 3400 block of West 13th Street on a report of an odor investigation. Upon entry into the home it was believed to be the smell of burnt dust on the coils of a furnace. The furnace was in good working condition but the filter was very dirty. The filter was changed and no abnormal smell was detected.
March 21, 3:16 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 1500 block of East 9th Street on a report of a burn complaint. A property was found with a small pile in the backyard. It was all yard debris and the burn was following all the rules other than having a permit. The fire was extinguished and property owner advised he would get a permit next week.
March 22, 1:38 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 4800 block of Chenowith Road on a report of a burn compliant. The area was thoroughly checked but no unattended burn was found.
Personnel also responded to eight calls for emergency medical services on Friday, seven on Saturday, five on Sunday and eight on Monday.

Jimmy Lee Cain, 22, The Dalles, was arrested Friday morning in the 2700 block of West 7th Street on a circuit court warrant for three counts of parole violation.
A criminal mischief report was taken Friday morning from the 300 block of West 3rd Street after a caller reported a suspect damaged a bike belonging to someone else; the incident is under investigation.
A theft report was taken Friday morning from the 1200 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported her wallet was stolen the previous day.
A theft of services report was taken Friday morning from the 1200 block of West 6th Street after an employee reported a large amount of garbage was dumped in their dumpster.
Wanda Jane Bryan, 52, The Dalles, was arrested Friday afternoon at West 3rd and Lincoln streets and is accused of three counts of probation violation.
Police responded to the 2600 block of West 6th Street Friday afternoon after an employee reported they had a female juvenile in custody for shoplifting. The juvenile was cited for third-degree theft and released to her father. A report was taken.
A runaway report was taken Friday evening from the 900 block of West 18th Street.
Stephen Randall Shockey, 23, no listed address, was arrested Friday evening at West 11th and Union streets and is accused of two counts of probation violation.
Erica Marie Barajas, 31, The Dalles, was arrested Friday evening in the 2700 block of West 7th Street on a circuit court warrant for failure to appear.
Police responded to the 900 block of Cherry Heights Road early Saturday morning after staff reported a resident had passed away.

Julie Leigh Lacock, 56, The Dalles, was arrested Saturday morning and is accused of first-degree criminal mischief.
Troy Scott Robertson, 21, The Dalles, was arrested Saturday afternoon in the 1300 block of Trevitt Street and is accused of failure to perform the duties of a driver.
Chance Raymond Graham, 27, The Dalles, was arrested Saturday afternoon in the 600 block of East 9th Street and is accused of three counts of probation violation.
A lost property report was taken Saturday afternoon from the 400 block of East 3rd Street after a victim reported he lost his wallet.
Dakota James Christopher Glenn, 18, The Dalles, was arrested Saturday evening at East 7th and Court streets and is accused of fourth-degree domestic assault.
Police responded to the 3300 block of West 6th Street Saturday evening after an employee reported a male subject attempted to purchase a weapon and was denied. The incident is under investigation.
Meafou Siatigi, 43, The Dalles, was arrested early Sunday morning during a traffic stop in the 2400 block of West 10th Street and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants, failure to present and carry an operator’s license, and probation violation.
Tyler Stenshoel Nygaard, 28, The Dalles, was arrested early Sunday morning in the 200 block of West 6th Street and is accused of probation violation.
Anthony Joshua John Marzillo, 22, Lyle, Wash., was arrested early Sunday morning during a traffic stop in the 900 block of East 3rd Street and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Vanesa Gonzalez, 19, The Dalles, was arrested early Sunday morning during a traffic stop in the 600 block of Snipes Street and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and recklessly endangering another person.
An informational report was taken Sunday morning from City Park after it was discovered a fire was lit in one of the restrooms.
A burglary report was taken Sunday afternoon from the 800 block of Home Court.
A restraining order violation report was taken Sunday evening from the 1600 block of East 14th Street.
Anton James Leonard Allison, 21, The Dalles, was arrested Sunday evening in the 2400 block of West 10th Street and is accused of menacing and probation violation.
Keith Douglas Smith, 53, The Dalles, was arrested Monday morning in the 800 block of Hostetler Way and is accused of violation of a restraining order.
A criminal mischief report was taken Monday morning from the 800 block of West 8th Street after a victim reported her home was vandalized overnight.
Police responded to the 2500 block of West 8th Street Monday afternoon after a victim reported a female suspect hit her several times in the face during an altercation. Suspect fled the scene prior to officer arrival. A harassment report was taken.
A criminal trespass report was taken Monday afternoon from the 300 block of West 3rd Street after a female suspect was on the property after previously being trespassed. Contact was made with the suspect who was warned again that she was trespassed from the property.
Police responded to the 2800 block of West 7th Street Monday evening after a caller reported she came to check on a friend and found him deceased. An informational report was taken.
Tracy Lee Bowers, 49, The Dalles, was arrested Monday evening at the police station and is accused of first-degree aggravated theft.

An informational report was taken Friday morning from Mosier.
Deputies responded to the 4900 block of Chenowith Road Friday evening after a caller reported hearing a female screaming. The area was checked and contact was made with several residents who denied hearing anything.
Deputy responded to the 6200 block of Roberts Market Road Friday evening on a report of shots fired. The area was checked and nothing out of the ordinary was located.
Deputy responded to Rowena Monday morning after a caller reported a male subject came to her home with a head injury. Victim had attempted to jump off a cliff in an attempt to commit suicide. He was life flighted to Bend; an informational report was taken.
Deputy responded to the 4100 block of Chenowith Road Monday evening on a report of a female subject attempting suicide. The female was contacted and was referred to a local organization for assistance. An informational report was taken.
Oregon State Police
A female driver was cited and released for no operator’s license, driving uninsured and operating a cell phone while driving during a traffic stop Saturday evening on Highway 197 northbound, milepost 2. The vehicle was impounded.
Rebecca Alice Griffin, 35, The Dalles, was arrested Monday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 83 and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. She was also arrested on warrants for first-degree failure to appear and post-prison violations. Jesse Allen Stefonek, 32, Portland, was also arrested and is accused of probation violation and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Jeffrey Phillips Stevens, 35, Portland, was also arrested and is accused of criminal possession of a forgery device and identity theft. The vehicle was impounded.

Anthony Paul Arnold, 44, Portland, was arrested Sunday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 102 and is accused of parole violation.
Regional Jail
Matthieu Thomas Lelievre, 29, Portland, was jailed Friday on a circuit court commitment for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Lisa Marie Riley, 29, The Dalles, was jailed Monday on a circuit court commitment for third-degree theft.
