A theft report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 2100 block of West 7th Street after a victim reported the license plates were stolen from this vehicle.
A criminal mischief report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 300 block of West 2nd Street after a victim reported some areas of his business had been spray painted.
An assault report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 2500 block of West 2nd Street after a victim reported a male subject assaulted her. The incident is under investigation.
Cleveland Matthew Phillips, 40, 300 West 4th St. No. 1, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 1000 block of Garrison Street and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and probation violation.
A theft report was taken Tuesday evening from the 300 block of West 3rd Street after an employee reported viewing tape from the previous day and observing a male subject stealing some items from the store. The incident is under investigation.
A runaway report was taken Tuesday evening from the 2200 block of West 13th Street.
Jon Delonne Strickland, 26, 2510 West 2nd St., No. 11, was arrested Tuesday evening in his home and is accused of fourth-degree domestic assault.
An informational report was taken early Wednesday morning from the 1100 block of Eric Court after an officer observed a wanted subject inside a residence, however no one answered the door when officer attempted to contact the subject. The incident is under investigation.
Wasco County
Rudolph Valentino Richardson, 40, 4405 Highway 30, No. 603, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in his home and is accused of fourth-degree domestic assault and strangulation. He was also arrested on an out-of-state warrant.
A Deputy responded to Dufur Tuesday afternoon after administrative staff reported two juvenile students returned to school from lunch and admitted to using marijuana. A report was taken and the incident is under investigation.
A Deputy responded to Dufur Tuesday evening after a caller reported a parent was causing issues at a basketball practice. Investigation discovered that several parents had been involved in a physical dispute during the practice. No one wanted to pursue charges and the deputy contacted school administration and advised it was up to him if the subjects were to be allowed back into the gym.
Regional Jail
Joel John Yallup, 48, Brownstown, Wash., was transported and jailed Tuesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.
Ferman Brian Tufti, 55, 2730 Old Dufur Rd., was transported and jailed Tuesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.
Branden Keith Baker, 35, no listed address, was transported and jailed Tuesday after being arrested on two Gilliam County warrants for first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear.
Parole & Probation
Ryan Gail Mulvaney, 25, no listed address, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of two counts of post-prison violations.
