PORTLAND – Today (Aug. 10) at an event along the Columbia River in Portland, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Michael S. Regan announced the $79 million investment from President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to protect and restore the Columbia River Basin, according to a press release from the EPA.
