Letter to the Editor: Support schools

To the editor: I'm a fairly new resident of The Dalles, and a supporter of the Strong Community Schools bond effort to replace the four oldest district schools, including The Dalles High School. I wanted to contribute some of my thoughts about the greater impact of new schools on this community that I have become so fond of.
