Serious Theater has announced its 2020 theatrical season. The performances will take place in the Sawyer Hall at Zion Lutheran Church, 101 W 10th St., in The Dalles.
I was fired from my radio show gig yesterday by the general manager at a local radio station for poo pooing both our local hospitals. I had been plugging an alternative clinic, and apparently someone complained to the management, and here we are.
Events are taking off quite a bit faster than first anticipated for the new Hispanic radio show in town, “La Onda Latina del Gorge,” or “Latin Wave of the Gorge.” The show’s first “recorded live” segment will air this Sunday, July 9, with the broadcast starting at 6 p.m.
There’s a new radio show in town. Local radio personality Eloy Pando launched “La Onda Latina del Gorge,” or “the Latin Wave of the Gorge,” on June 4, and the program will air every Sunday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Blues radio host Steve “Squrl” Curley will celebrate 25 years broadcasting Squrl’s Blues Review weekly in the Gorge this Friday, May 5, with an open house from 7 to 10 p.m. at Bi-Coastal studios, 719 E. Second Street in The Dalles.
KZAS announces the kick off of a new Bluegrass music show hosted by Mike Nichols starting Monday evening, Aug. 15, from 7 to 9 p.m. KZAS, aka Radio Tierra, is found at 95.1 FM in Hood River.
