To the editor: Decades after Celilo Falls was taken away for all time, we are finally making progress with restoring tribal housing. This Federal promise must not be disregarded, as so many have been. It is time to be honorable in our dealings with our neighbors. Since time immemorial, Celilo was the oldest continuously inhabited spot in the western United States, flooded in the name of “progress for all.”
