The National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) has named Hood River Valley High School seniors Brynnan Burns, Levi Geller, Katherine McElderry, Carson Orr and Ella Rand as Commended Students in the 2017 National Merit Scholarship Program, HRVHS principal Rich Polkinghorn announced.
