UPDATE 4:30 pm A wildfire that is believed to have started a couple of hours ago in Heritage Park along the Deschutes River has grown to 1,200 acres and is being battled by multiple agencies, according to Katie Santini, public information officer for the Columbia Gorge Scenic Area Office of the U.S. Forest Service.
