Boys keep winning, despite fatigue and a busy schedule of water polo matches

Five weeks into the water polo season and the Hood River Valley boys team has found themselves locked in as a top-three seed in the Mount Hood Conference, but where they land within that top-three will be determined in these last two weeks of the regular season.

A battle between two of the top water polo teams in Oregon took place on Sunday, with Hood River coming out on top for the first time ever in tournament play. Hood River beat Bend in a championship game that would need extra time to decide a winner.
