Baseball has been a part of J.R. Runyon’s life for the past three decades. The sport represents the fabric of his being, bringing the joys, the smell of the grass, the memories and the moments he shares with his immediate family, his friends and the kids he helped shape and mold the past 11 years as a coach at The Dalles High School.
