July 1, 1983 was an important day for one man and his wife and, as it turns out, also for thousands of Scouts and Scouters. That day, nearly 32 years ago, was the day that Larry Clark started his career as ranger at Camp Baldwin. Since then, Larry and Helen Clark have served tens of thousands — perhaps hundreds of thousands — of Scouts and Scouters, and have touched countless lives.
